Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 38 of 2015 registered under Sections- 399, 402, 414, 412/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 20.02.2015.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
