The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 20, 22, 23, 24, 25, 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

As per the prosecution case, total eight kg. of Ganja has been recovered from the possession of co-accused Bittu Kumar and Ajay Kumar.

Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner has transpired during course of investigation. No narcotic substance has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.64845 of 2021(2) dt.12-07-2022 2/2 well as clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge I cum Special Judge, Vaishali (Hajipur) in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 121 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
