JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 120B, 420, 406 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner got 55 decimals of land from the informant but in the sale deed actually 60 decimals of land have been recorded causing loss of `10 lac to the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that neither any sale deed was executed in favour of the petitioner nor the petitioner is the witness to the sale deed and for the sale deed executed in the year 2010, the FIR was lodged in the year 2015. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12
