In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with C.A. Case No. 2499 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 302/120(B)/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the dead body of a woman was recovered, the U.D. case was lodged, later on, the First Information Report was instituted on the complaint being Complaint No. 2499 of 2015 in which the petitioner has been made accused making an allegation to have demanded money of dowry, in failure to make payment, he killed his wife and

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that admittedly, the victim lady was living in her parents' house and she had gone for certain work but, later on, her dead body was recovered from the railway track.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Md. Atabur Rahman, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Katihar, District Katihar in connection with C.A. Case No. 2499 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
