Ghosh, learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to invoke Clause 66 of the Agreement i.e. Arbitration Clause for redressal of the grievances of the petitioner.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to invoke Arbitration clause i.e. Clause 66 of the Agreement in case of subsisting grievances. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) Tiwary/- U
