ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Derni P.S. Case No. 156/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is the younger brother of the boy who had married the victim girl. It is further submitted that this petitioner have had no role to play whatsoever by either helping his brother in kidnapping or meeting with the girl. It is further submitted that the victim girl in her statement has not named this petitioner.

Having considered the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner in the event of his arrest / surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16671 of 2018 (2) dt.10-04-2018 2/2 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. VIIth Saran at Chapra, in connection with Derni P.S. Case No. 156/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
