The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for the following reliefs:- "(I) For issuance of appropriate writ/writs in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondent authorities concerned to issue a fresh/revised Mark-Sheet of Final Examination of Master of Computer Application (MCA)-2022 (Session 2020-2022) dated 16.07.2023 of the petitioner, after correcting the marks of Paper CSC-3 (Operating System & Shell Programming)

Patna High Court CWJC No.13676 of 2025(2) dt.30-10-2025 2/3 (hereinafter referred to as "CSC-3") from 28 to 54 of Semester-I.

(II) For further direction to the respondent authorities concerned to correct the nomenclature in the Semester-IV Paper EC-I from Major to Minor, wherein the nomenclature has incorrectly mentioned as "Major" in place of "Minor", in the Final Mark-Sheet of Final Examination, Master of Computer Application (MCA)-2022 (Session 2020-2022) of the petitioner.

(III) For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case and also in accordance with law."

3. Referring to various annexures appended to the writ petition, learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that the correction is formal in nature and there is no impediment in doing the same.

4. Learned Advocate for the University seeks a short adjournment to get instruction(s) and apprise this Court with regard to the factual position.

5. Be that as it may, considering the nature of grievance, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to respondents no.2 and 3 to look into the matter and make necessary correction after proper verification of the record
