In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.345 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 448, 379 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made against the petitioner that they have entered into the house of the informant, in absence of her husband, and started assaulting her and her son. It has also been alleged that Bipin Mahto and Rajesh Mahto tried to cause the fire arm injury but Hema Devi snatched pistol and thereafter they assaulted by bricks.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12000 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 Looking to the nature of allegation, let the abovenamed petitioners, be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Town P.S.
