2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Supaul (Laukaha OP) P.S. Case No. 343 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of snatching a bag containing Rs.98,411/- from the informant.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 05.09.2023.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner is ready to make good part of loss to the informant and undertakes to pay Rupees Fifty Thousand to the informant by way of demand draft without prejudice to his case and without accepting his guilty.

6. Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner and also considering the period of custody, this application is

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No.343 of 2023.

8. At the time of furnishing the bail bonds, the petitioner shall furnish the demand draft of Rs.50,000/- prepared in the name of the informant. If the petitioner furnishes the aforesaid demand draft, the Court below shall accept his bail bonds and hand over the same to the informant.

9. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Gheladh police station on 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
