The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Kashim Bazar P.S. Case No. 277 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 337, 307, 302 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that, on 19.10.2017, eight persons named in the F.I.R. including the petitioner having lathi, danda and bricks reached at the door of the informant, Satish Kumar, and started to cause assault. In that course, Mani Devi, Praveen Mahto and Arbind Mahto caused injury to Shanti Devi, mother of the informant, on which, she become unconscious and was rushed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8863 of 2018 (2) dt.17-02-2018 Sadar Hospital, Munger, from where, she was referred to P.M.C.H., Patna for better treatment, but she died on 26.10.2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, petitioner, Soni Devi, is the daughter of co-accused, Dileshwar Mahto, and her marriage was performed with Pawan Mahto, resident of village Shivkund, P.S.- Hamjapur, District Munger, but due to dirty village politics, she has also been implicated in the present case with false allegation without any specific overtly act. Further submission is that petitioner being the lady has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Kashim Bazar P.S. Case No. 277 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
