====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-04-2023 Heard Mr. Jitendra Narain Sinha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Ashok Kumar Singh, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Vidyapati Nagar P.S. Case No. 62 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 341, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation made in the F.I.R. against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner stands rejected.

4. Petitioner is directed to surrender before the court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64543 of 2021(5) dt.29-04-2023 2/2 below and seek regular bail within three weeks, till then no coercive step shall be taken against the petitioner.

5. Court below is directed to dispose of the regular bail application of the petitioner on the same day without being prejudiced by any order of any court
