This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 30.1.2013 passed by the Chief Judicial magistrate, Hajipur, vaishali in Complaint Case No.2868 of 2012, TR.No. 4868 of 2013 by which he has taken cognizance against the petitioners under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the complaint petition allegation has been made against the petitioners for misappropriation and swindling of the Government fund giving an example that he has wrongly

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16614 of 2013 (3) dt.21-05-2015 and illegally shown favour their kith and kin by engaging them as employees on different posts of the College and heavy amount of money have been paid to them. The trial count on the basis of the material available on record has taken cognizance against the petitioners. This Court does not find any error in the impugned order.

Accordingly this application is dismissed.
