JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-05-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 382, 392 and 411of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner along with co-accused were apprehended with a stolen tractor. The petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2016. Co-accused Bhagwan Singh @ Buchan Singh has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 10776/2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan Mufassil P.S.
