The present application has been filed for quashing the order of cognizance dated 3rd December 2010 passed in Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 14 of 2009 for offences under sections 341, 323, 379, 386, 504, 467, 468 and 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
In the present case, it appears that the complaint was filed on the basis of the order passed under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the case was registered as Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 14 of 2009.
In the complaint petition, allegation has been made of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16930 of 2013 (3) dt.21-05-2015 2/2 mercilessly assaulting the complainant.
Sometimes the complainant was threatened in such a manner as like an animal putting a pressure for giving divorce to her husband. This Court does not find any error in the impugned order. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
