====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-08-2025 Heard Mr. Subodh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Nirmal Kumar Sinha, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. CA-1507/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that the petitioner and the complainant were in monetary relationship and in course of the business, they exchanged certain amount with each other. Petitioner has also

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55228 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/3 lodged complaint against the complainant for similar allegation to return the certain amount which is to be returned by the complainant.

4. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, I find it proper to remit the matter before the learned District Court so that the learned District Court can see the possibilities between the parties to settle their dispute amicably.

5. The petitioner is directed to appear before the learned District Court on 09.09.2025.

6. Learned District Court is directed to take necessary action to refer the matter before the learned Mediator of the District Mediation Center.

7. Learned Mediator of the District Mediation Center concerned shall make his/her best efforts to settle the dispute amicably and thereafter submit his/her report before the concerned learned District Court, well within a period of four months, till then, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner in connection with the aforesaid case.

8. In case of failure on the part of the petitioner to appear on 09.09.2025 before the learned District Court or any date fixed by the learned Mediator, the interim protection
