Petitioner is accused in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 345 of 2016, registered under Sections 394 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. It is also submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 21.12.2016. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner Iftekhar be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 345 of 2016.
