2 Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 85, 351(2) and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that both parties have resolved and settled their dispute outside the court.
