The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Banka (Mahila) P.S.Case No. 30 of 2016 registered under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner was married 07 years back with the informant and it is alleged that he started making demand of dowry after begetting two female child for the purpose of their marriage.

It is submitted that the allegation of making demand of dowry after such a considerable period is false and he is ready to keep his wife and concilliation between them was also done by

Having considered the foresaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Banka in connection with Banka(Mahila) P.S. Case No. 30 of 2016 with condition that he shall present before the court below on each and every date during trial and in case of failure to appear on two consecutive dates, without sufficient cause, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
