====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-10-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 117 of 2024 arising out of Gadhpura P.S. Case No. 75 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the victim had eloped with the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53426 of 2025(3) dt.15-10-2025 2/2 opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the trial is on the verge of conclusion.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge of POCSO Act, Begusarai/ concerned Court below in connection with POCSO Case No. 117 of 2024 arising out of Gadhpura P.S. Case No. 75 of 2024.
