Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Mehdiganj P.S. case no. 50 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 452, 323, 354, 379, 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that this false case has been lodged by the informant out of family dispute going on between the parties. The sister of the petitioner no.1 and sister-in-law of petitioner no.2, namely, Soni was married with Rajat Kumar Das who is brother of the present informant. After marriage Rajat Kumar Das started torturing Soni Kumari and with the intervention of the well wishers a Panchayati was held and said Rajat Kumar Das filed an

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23785 of 2018(2) dt.20-04-2018 2/3 affidavit in the said panchayati that he will keep sister of petitioner no.1 with all dignity but again he committed torture and ousted the sister of the petitioner no.1. The instant case has been filed levelling general and omnibus allegation against petitioners on account of such dispute between the parties. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Mehdiganj P.S. case no. 50 of 2017, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M.
