ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 18-10-2023 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the petitioner is willing to settle the matter with the bank and by making a suitable representation.

2. Having regard to the above made submissions, the writ petition is disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the bank with a representation to settle the account.

3. On such representation being received, the bank authority shall consider the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.

5. The entire exercise shall be completed as
