JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 05-10-2016 The issue raised by the petitioners in the present writ application was also an issue earlier raised in C.W.J.C.No. 19008/2015 which was heard extensively and decided on 12.1.2016.

Since the Court in the abovementioned writ application had quashed deputation of such Supply Inspectors in Toto, the reasons and rationale provided by this Court in the above case also applies to the case of the present petitioners.
