2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103(1) / 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per F.I.R., co-accused Paras Kumar Yadav in association with this petitioner and other co-accused persons assaulted on the head, back and abdomen of wife of informant by sword, as a result of which, she died.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R. itself, specific accusation of assault by sword is against co-accused Paras Kumar Yadav. So far as this petitioner is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation and no specific overt act has been alleged against her. Petitioner is lady, having clean antecedent, and is in custody since 20.05.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the period of custody and the fact that petitioner is lady, having clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 553 of 2024.
