21.01.2015 Heard Mr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Shanti Pratap, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Durgesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondents.

It appears that the petitioner had twice moved the Court earlier and still he is claiming payments from the respondents. To cut short the matter, learned counsel for the parties do not object, if the petitioner is

Patna High Court CWJC No.12573 of 2011 (6) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 directed to file a fresh representation with regard to all his remaining claims before the authority concerned along with material in support thereof so that the same be disposed off by passing a reasoned order within a fixed time frame.

Accordingly, the writ application stands disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation before respondent no. 3 with regard to all his remaining claims along with materials in support thereof. If such a representation is filed within six weeks from today, along with a copy of this order, the authority concerned shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order within the next six weeks. If it is found that any payment is due to the petitioner, the same shall be paid to him within three weeks thereafter.
