The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 307, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that all the accused persons variously armed came at the shop of the informant and assaulted the informant, her husband, brother-in-law and his son. On alarm being raised when Bilash Ram, Jitesh Ram and Sandeep Ram came to rescue then they were also assaulted and due to the said assault, the husband of the informant became unconscious, whereas Kailash Ram and Satish Ram badly injured.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8458 of 2017 (2) dt.10-03-2017 2/2 Subsequently, husband of the informant succumbed to the injuries.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 27.10.2016. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioners. The other co-accused have been granted bail vide Annexures-1 and 3 to the present application. On behalf of the state, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Sherghati at Gaya, in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 482 of 2015.
