The petitioner seeks bail in Gurua P.S. Case No. 252 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that daughter of the informant was kidnapped by the petitioner with intention to perform marriage with her.

The victim girl on recovery has given statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C. (Annexure-2) wherein she has stated that she had voluntarily gone with the petitioner. Petitioner has filed Annexure-3 and 4 wherein it is stated that petitioner and informant has solemnized marriage with consent. Petitioner is in custody since 22.1.2019 having

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati (Gaya), in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 252 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
