The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394/34 and 395/412 of the Indian Penal Code.
The FIR was lodged against unknown for the offence under Sections 394/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The name of petitioner had transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Dilip Yadav. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52468 of 2016 (4) dt.02-03-2017 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui/Successor Court in connection with Sono Police Station Case No. 38 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case and shall provide his contact number to the Investigating Officer before furnishing bail bond.
