Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Manigachhi P.S.Case No.144 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 494, 420, 354, 379, 324, 120B, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code .

Case is under Section 498A of the IPC with allegation that the petitioner has solemnized marriage with the complainant though he was married from before and no information was given to the complainant. Further allegation is that the accused persons have ousted her from the house by snatching her ornaments.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56051 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 that earlier also a complaint case was lodged under Section 498 of the IPC vide complaint case no.263 of 2017 and order dated 4.12.2018 has been passed in Cr. Misc. No.72296 of 2018, he has been granted anticipatory bail, thereafter the present case has been lodged with almost similar allegation. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM V, Darbhanga in connection with Manigachhi P.S.Case no.144/2018 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
