The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 344, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The FIR was lodged on missing of Khushboo Kumari the daughter of the informant. The petitioners are under Suspicion that they have kidnapped her. The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 stated that she had voluntarily married with the petitioner no. 1 Sita Ram.
Considering the statement of the victim girl, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49357 of 2016 (2) dt.09-12-2016 before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar/Successor Court in connection with Rajpur P.S.
