2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 100 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 341, 342, 323, 379, 427, 504, 506, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and others are said to have killed the deceased.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that only one gun shot injury has been found on the body of the deceased and the specific allegation of firing is on one Anil Mandal. He also submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners.

6. The petitioners are in custody since 19.05.2024.

7. Considering the fact that the petitioners are not the assailant of the deceased, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Purnea in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 100 of 2024.
