By way of the present application preferred under Article 215 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks initiation of a contempt proceeding against the respondents for their wilful and deliberate defiance to the order dated 14.08.2015 passed in Cr. W.J.C. No. 765 of 2015.

The aforesaid order dated 14.08.2015 has been brought on record as Annexure-1 to the present application. It would appear from perusal of the order as contained in Annexure-1 to the present application that no direction has been issued to the respondents. In absence of any mandamus issued upon the respondents, there is no question of defiance of the order and initiation of a contempt proceeding. In that view of the matter, I do not find any merit in this application. Accordingly, the application is dismissed. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
