2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections-126(2), 115(2), 127(2), 140(2), 351(2) & 3/5 B.N.S.
3. The informant is wife of the victim who is alleged to have been kidnapped. According to FIR, when the victim (informant's husband) was going to Basukinath, he was kidnapped by the accused persons and ransom was being demanded by them.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as a matter of fact, co-accused Akku has taken advance from the victim and the impugned order itself shows that it were not the accused
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54051 of 2025(2) dt.12-08-2025 2/2 persons but it was the victim, who called the accused Akku which shows the false implication of the petitioner.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that it were not the accused persons but the victim who called the coaccused Akku to meet him, which shows the innocence of the petitioner and other accused persons.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Barahat P.S. Case No. 150 of 2025 (G.r. 1715 of 2025).
