Earlier the petitioners filed ABP No. 356 of 2013 before the learned Sessions Judge, Gopalganj. The trial court dismissed the same through order dated 4.4.2013. Hence this application.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33934 of 2013 (4) dt.25-06-2015 2/2 The offence alleged against the petitioners and other accused is referable to Section 302 IPC. It is just impermissible to grant anticipatory bail in matters of this nature. This application is rejected.
