Petitioner is accused in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 25 of 2005 registered under Sections 20,22 and 23 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 02.02.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 48951 of 2016 granting liberty to him to renew his prayer after framing of charge vide annexure 1 and now the charge has been framed. The petitioner is in custody since 21.09.2015.
