The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Harnaut (OP Gokhulpur) P.S. Case No. 159 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 364 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, section 302 IPC was added. Prosecution case in brief is that informant's daughter was married with co-accused Pappu Yadav ten years back and she has got three children. On the alleged date of occurrence, the daughter of informant informed her that her father-in-law has assaulted her with lodha. Thereafter, informant went at the sasural of her daughter, but she did not find her daughter there. Informant suspects that all the accused persons including petitioner kidnapped or committed murder of her daughter.

During course of investigation, name of petitioner surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Vijay Yadav who is main accused of this case. Vijay Yadav has already been acquitted. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioner is a lady aged about 60 years having clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Sessions Judge, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Harnaut (OP Gokhulpur) P.S. Case No. 159 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
