1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.

Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that by order, dated 02.09.2025, the licensing authority has decided to restore license no. 43/2016 (sic., 43/2015) in favour of the petitioner upon deposit of Rs. 1,000/-. The petitioner has already deposited the said amount on 09.09.2025.

3. Accordingly, learned Senior Counsel seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to approach this Court again if the copy of the license is not given to the petitioner.
