The petitioner was allotted a petrol outlet, however, she is unable to run the same as it is yet to be decided as to whether the land is a raiyati land or not.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

We dispose off the writ petition with a direction to the District Magistrate, Jamui to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner, at the earliest, in any case, not later than three weeks.
