Petitioner is accused in connection with S.Tr. No. 283 of 2017 arising out of Palanwa P.S. Case No. 76 of 2015 registered under Sections 341,323,324,307,504,448,147,148, and 149 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected by this Court by order dated 17.02.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 54509 of 2016 granting liberty him to renew his prayer after framing of charge vide annexure 1 and now the charge has been framed. The petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16822 of 2017 (2) dt.19-04-2017 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge 13, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with S.Tr. No. 283 of 2017 arising out of Palanwa P.S. Case No. 76 of 2015.
