The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Pirpainti P.S. Case No.96 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the allegations made in the first information report that upon the order of the petitioner, co-accused Kesho Mandal opened fire causing injury in the abdomen of the informant which ultimately resulted into his death, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18378 of 2018 (2) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 petitioner.

Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
