JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-09-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Naokothi P.S. case No. 14 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure-1 to the present application taking into account that the petitioner was an order giver.

This is second anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner.

This Court finds no merit in the application. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
