Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 16.05.2014 in connection with Complaint Case No.2489 of 2012/Tr. No.2207 of 2012 to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, East, Muzaffarpur, is hereby confirmed. However, the Petitioner from henceforth shall pay a sum of `1,000/- (One thousand) per month instead of `750/- (seven hundred fifty) per month.

The application stands disposed off.
