Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with R.P.F/Post /Bhagalpur P.S. Case No. 885 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 143(i) of the Indian Railway Act.
Near about 41 E-tickets were taken online by using the user code of Pritam Sharma. The name of petitioner came in the confessional statement of Pritam Sharma. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that having more or less similar allegation co-accused Nripendra Krishna@ Nirpendra Krishna has already been granted privilege of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19502 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 17.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9148 of 2018. Regard being had to the fact and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Bhagalpur in R.P.F/Post/ Bhagalpur P.S. Case No. 885 of 2017 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
