This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with G.O. Case No. 399 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 33, 41 and 42 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (Bihar Amendment,1989) and Section 5 of Bihar Saw Mills (Regulation) Act, 1990.

The allegation is regarding a saw mill being run on the premise / land of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the land belongs to the petitioner but the said mill was being run by some other person namely Ashok Kumar.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I

No.10564 of 2018(2) dt.22-02-2018 2/2 deem it fit and proper to admit the petitioner herein to the privilege of anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with G.O.
