1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the State submits that the order of this Court has already been complied with and the opposite party no.3 i.e. D.C.L.R., Sonpur has already issued letter no.667 dated 25.11.2025 in compliance therewith.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy against the letter communicated to the petitioner vide letter no.667 dated 25.11.2025.

4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the present Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Case stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner, as prayed for.
