2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 07.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.27785 of 2025 by which the privilege of anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner and within four weeks from the date of the said order, the petitioner was supposed to furnish bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like each amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No.-II, Siwan, in connection with Siwan Excise P.S. Case No. 190 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not furnish the bail bond within the time stipulated and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57449 of 2025(2) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 hence has filed the present application for modification of the said order with a request of further extension of time for furnishing bail bond.

3. The prayer made by the petitioner is allowed and the order dated 07.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.27785 of 2025 is modified and the petitioner is granted further four weeks time to furnish bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No.-II, Siwan, in connection with Siwan Excise P.S. Case No. 190 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

4. The present modification application is therefore, allowed.
