Patna High Court CWJC No.7231 of 2016 (5) dt.08-04-2017 2/2 On the basis of pleadings on record, it appears that the petitioners are questioning constitution of governing body of D. K. Memorial College, Dumari, in the district of Buxar. The petitioner no. 1 claims to be the teacher representative of the governing body of the said College, in order to establish his locus standi to assail constitution of the governing body. There is no material available on record that he was ever appointed as Teacher of the said College inasmuch as no document showing his appointment as Teacher of the said College has been brought on record. So far as petitioner no. 2 is concerned, he claims to be the Principal of the said College. There is nothing on record to show that he has been duly appointed as Principal of the College on the strength of which he can claim to be a member of the governing body.

This application, in my opinion, is frivolous and is accordingly dismissed.
