The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 371 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 448, 308, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Regard being had to the nature of allegation in which the family members quarreled among themselves owing to partition of property and the fact that the first information

No.11800 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 report was instituted two days after the alleged incident, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Chandi P.S.
