2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Mehandiya P.S. Case No. 86 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, when the informant was returning after participating in a marriage on his motorcycle, in the way, three unknown miscreants intercepted his way. Further, one of the miscreants assaulted him with bamboo on his head, as a result of which he sustained head injury. Thereafter, the accused persons took away his motorcycle.

He has submitted further that no TIP has been conducted. Nothing has been recovered from his possession. Except confessional statement of co-accused Dinesh Paswan, there is nothing against him. The petitioner is under custody since 29.01.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Munsifcum-Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Arwal (Jehanabad) in connection with Mehandiya P.S. Case No. 86 of 2022, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
