JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 3 06-07-2015 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is directed against the order dated 16.08.2011 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 54 of 2009 whereby he has taken cognizance against the petitioner under Sections 341, 342, 224, 225 and 223 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge.
