The petitioner seeks bail in N.T.P.C Khaira P.S. Case No. 34 of 2016 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act and Section 47 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

About two liters of illegal liquor and one loaded country made pistol were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in Jail since 16.08.2016. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as per the statement made in Para-3 of the bail petition.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the petitioner has already remained in Jail for about seven months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11888 of 2017 (2) dt.18-03-2017 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in N.T.P.C Khaira P.S. Case No. 34 of 2016.
